Bereavement Support Group
COPE, a grief and healing organization dedicated to supporting parents and families living with the loss of a child, holds free monthly support group meetings on the first Wednesday of every month for parents at the Oceanside Jewish Center. Love Your Troops
The Island Park Civic Association will be hosting a dinner on Feb. 14, Valentine’s Day, at the Bridgeview Yacht Club in Island Park. From 7-11 p.m. enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, a three-course surf and turf sit-down dinner, DJ and dancing, door prizes and raffles all for $60 a person.And the IPCA is teaming with Soldiers’ Angels to collect donations and supplies for soldiers overseas.
